Found this also. Employees review LAIKA and its work environment. Needless to say, it's pretty negative.

Wow, I had no idea this was how Laika was started. Thanks for sharing.
Are the lessons to be learnt from this summed up to "Don't grow too big; have multiple revenue streams; and don't take money from rich guys who have no idea how your business works?" That's the feeling I'm getting.
